An operator's take on AI.
DealerLabs was founded by a dealership operator with years inside CRMs, DMS exports, BDC dashboards, and Monday-morning manager meetings. After watching too many AI conversations stall in conference rooms while showrooms stayed exactly the same, the thesis got simple: AI is leverage for operators who already know what to fix.
Our job is to deploy it before the next sales meeting, not after the next pilot review.
